Failure to comply with these terms may result in the disabling of your website access. Our website is intended for personal use only, and you agree not to utilize it or its content for commercial or business purposes. Any unauthorized attempts to access our website or associated servers will be treated as a criminal offense under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. In such cases, we will report the incident to the relevant authority and disclose the identity of the involved party, resulting in the termination of website access. HOW TO PAY
Payment for products can be made using a debit or credit card or cash in the clinic. The current payment options will be listed on our checkout page.
PRICE OF PRODUCTS AND DELIVERY CHARGES
The prices of products are quoted on our website at the time of order submission. If you are ordering a home test kit, an additional delivery charge will apply. Product prices may change occasionally, but such changes will not affect any orders already placed.
DISPATCH AND DELIVERY
Upon payment processing, we will process your order within three working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in the UK). You should expect to receive your kit within two working days, but delivery time is not guaranteed. We will send you an email confirming the order processing, which will include important information about your test. It is your responsibility to read and understand this information before proceeding to take your sample. Optimized Body & Mind is not liable for any issues arising from not following the instructions provided in this email. If you lose or damage your sample collection kit, we can provide a replacement kit upon payment of £5 to cover the cost. If your sample collection kit arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement upon notification.
Your test results will be emailed within 48 hours of the laboratory receiving your sample, excluding weekends. Please ensure to check your spam/junk mail for test results.
ORDER CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
You have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund at any time before a sample collection kit has been dispatched to you. To initiate the cancellation process, please contact our customer care team at 0333 012 4214 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that the cancellation right does not apply if any of the following conditions are met:
- You have already had a sample taken at a clinic
- Your test kit has already been dispatched
- You have already sent your sample to the laboratory for analysis
- To cancel your order, please send us an email expressing your wish to cancel and provide the reason for cancellation. Alternatively, you may call our customer service team to arrange the cancellation. Your reason for cancellation will not affect your right to cancel the order.
- If you send your cancellation request via email, it will be effective from the date of the email. For example, as long as you send your email before we dispatch your test kit, you will have provided us with adequate notice to cancel your order.
In case you are entitled to a refund, we will process the refund within 5 working days, refunding the price you paid for the product(s). Please note that any additional postage purchased is non-refundable. The refund will be made to the payment method used for the original purchase.
We reserve the right to modify our promotional offers and discount vouchers at any time. Please be aware that our offers are product-specific and do not apply to all our services.
